Job Description

Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time Requirements Engineers in metro Washington, D.C.

Position: Requirements Engineer
LCAT: Mid and Senior
Location: DIA HQ, Washington, D.C.
Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly

Required experience: At least 10 years for Senior; at least 6 years for Mid.
Required education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience coordinating project and product requirements
• Experience in leading requirement clarification meetings
• Experience in setting up tool infrastructure and supporting team members in usage of tools
• Experience in configuring, monitoring, and baselining requirements
• Experience with Agile concepts and processes
• Experience with requirements elicitation and traceability
• Experience creating CONOPS and other systems engineering documentation
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence applications
• Ability to work with various teams

• Experience in airworthiness requirements and testing
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools such as Cameo
• Cybersecurity Certifications such as Security+ Certification
